Focusing on precise movements, correct breathing and body awareness, Pilates is a great way for my clients to continue building strength, functional gains, and flexibility beyond their rehab phase. I create individualized home mat programs, provide private reformer sessions and teach group reformer classes.
Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for building strength for those looking to supplement their fitness regimen or training. It is adaptable for all fitness levels, and modifiable for all injuries, ages and athletic abilities. Pilates a flexible option for improving physical health, whether recovering from an injury or looking to improve performance or move with more confidence!
I have been teaching rehab and fitness-based Pilates since 2008. I am a Nationally Certified instructor and always taking continuing education courses to stay creative and energized.
